Alaskan Guacamole
Many fat-conscious people avoid avocados in the belief that they are too high in fat. But the fat in raw vegetables, including avocados, is high in essential fatty acids. Because they have not been destroyed by heat, the fatty acids in avocados are available for their essential physiological uses. In short, they are good for you!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
