Baked Pumpkin Dip
This dip is also excellent as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients
- 1/2 a medium-sized pumpkin (to make roughly 3 cups of pulp when cooked)
- 1 teaspoon smooth (not whole-grain) French mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered hot mustard (or according to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 180�C (350�F).
Put the whole pumpkin in an oven dish and bake until soft. This will 40-60 minutes, depending on how large the pumpkin is.
When the pumpkin is cooked, take it out of the oven and cut in half.
Take out the seeds and discard them.
Scoop out the pulp and put it into a food processor.
Add the two types of mustard and blend till smooth.
Put into a bowl and serve with crusty bread or pita chips.
