Baking
Most things that you can roast or fry in oil, you can also bake with no oil. And the difference is hardly discernible. You can bake vegetables, fritters, chips and burgers.
Method
When you bake vegetables in tamari and water they brown in the tamari and taste delicious. For a specific recipe, see Fat-free Baked Potatoes.
To bake fritters or burgers, simply place them on a non-stick baking tray and put into the oven, as in Indian Vegetable Fritters.
To make chips without frying, try baked Pita Chips.
