Fat-free Baked Potatoes
These baked potatoes taste as good as you could hope them to, and not a drop of fat to be seen.

Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- water
- 2 or 3 tablespoons tamari
Method
Preheat the oven to 175�C (350�F).
Peel the potatoes and chop each one into 8 even sized pieces
Put the potatoes into a baking dish.
Pour the tamari and a little water over the potatoes, enough to fill the dish about half a centimetre (1/4 inch).
Put the dish in the oven and bake the potato pieces until cooked. Take the dish out two or three times to turn the potato pieces in the tamari and water mixture, and to add more water as needed.
They will take 20 to 30 minutes to cook, depending on the size of the pieces. The trick to this recipe is to use the minimum amount of water, just enough to keep the potatoes from sticking. By the time the potatoes are cooked there should be only a very small amount of liquid left in the dish.
