Fresh juices are the 'life blood' of the fruit and vegetables they come from. When you drink a freshly-made juice you can almost hear your body of energy thanking you!

Ingredients
Some suggestions:
- 80% carrot, 15% celery, 5% apple
- 80% carrot, 10% beetroot, 10% apple
- 80% carrot, 10% spinach, 10% apple
- 80% carrot, 10% parsley, 10% apple
- 50% carrot, 45% orange, 5% lemon
- watermelon (the whole fruit, skin and all) with a dash of fresh ginger
- pineapple
Method
- Simply juice and drink immediately!
- It is preferable to make your juice just before you drink it. When it is left to stand, even in the fridge, it loses its magnificent freshness as well as much of its vitamin content all too rapidly.
